Not a generic IoT platform. A system built for the site environment.
SitePulse started with a simple frustration shared by operations managers across Australia: assets walk off, paper sign-out sheets lie, and hire costs blow out because nobody knows what's already on site — whether that site is a construction project, a factory floor, or a warehouse. We decided to fix the whole problem — not just the software, but the tags on the assets and the readers on the gates.
The result is a three-component system — SitePulse™ Smart Tags, SitePulse™ Edge Readers, and the SitePulse™ Cloud Platform — designed from the ground up for harsh operational environments: dust, rain, vibration, heat, and low-signal zones.

Right format for every asset.
Passive and active RFID tags purpose-matched to each asset category. Every tag links to the SitePulse™ asset register. Custom tag printing available. Tamper-evident and weatherproof options across the range.
Tool Tags
Power tools, hand tools, test equipment, consumable kits. Compact rigid ABS — screw or adhesive mount, tamper-evident seal, IP67 rated.
Plant & Equipment Tags
Excavators, EWPs, compressors, generators, forklifts. Heavy-duty ABS/PC, bolt-fixed, read range to 35 m, anti-vibration rated.
Material Unit Tags
Rebar bundles, structural steel, scaffolding sets, formwork. Zip-tie or adhesive — high-volume option, EPC Gen2 UHF standard.
Personnel Tags
Helmet clip, lanyard tag, wristband, or embedded in site card. Active RFID (battery-powered) for real-time location, mustering, and zone access control — significantly longer read range than passive tags.
Toolroom & Storage Tags
Storage bins, racking, shelves, cabinets, gas cylinder racks. Fixed RFID label — zone boundary marker that integrates with gate readers.
Inspection-Status Tags
Scaffolding, elevated platforms, cranes, rigging equipment. Colour-coded NFC tag — scan to view last inspection record and next due date.
Automated capture at every checkpoint.
Fixed readers create invisible digital boundaries — assets are logged automatically, with no worker action required. Weatherproof and solar-power capable. Wi-Fi, 4G, or LoRaWAN backhaul. Typical installation: 2–4 hours per checkpoint.
Site Gate / Entry-Exit
Every tool and piece of plant is logged in/out as it crosses the gate. Unauthorised removals trigger an instant alert. Daily asset reconciliation is fully automated. Most common first deployment.
Toolroom & Storage
Reader at the toolroom door auto-logs every checkout and return. Overdue items are flagged at configurable intervals. No paperwork, no manual count. Eliminates sign-out sheets.
Laydown & Yard Zones
Perimeter readers on materials laydown areas and equipment yards detect unexpected movement and provide real-time inventory count without physical stocktakes. Dwell-time & zone alerts.
Muster Stations
Active RFID personnel tags auto-report to the nearest reader during evacuation. Site supervisors get an instant headcount on their phone — no manual roll-call in an emergency. WHS compliance ready.
Deploys in days. Pays for itself in months.
SitePulse deploys in days — not months. No complex IT integration required to go live. It works in harsh operational environments — dust, rain, vibration, heat, and low-signal zones across construction sites, factory floors, and warehouses. It scales from a single facility to portfolio-wide with no re-architecture. Tag hardware is sourced and customised locally — fast lead times, no import delays.
Weatherproof rating across the Smart Tag range — built for site conditions.
Read range on SitePulse™ plant & equipment tags in real-world site conditions.
Typical time from site assessment to first asset scan for new customers.
Cloud infrastructure hosted in Australia — no cross-border data transfer issues.
When the regulator asked for our plant inspection records and personnel muster logs after the incident, we had everything — timestamped, exportable, audit-ready. SitePulse didn't just help us find assets. It kept us compliant.

WHS Manager, Osei Construction
Built for the regulatory environment Australian construction operates in.
Not retrofitted. Designed for it.
WHS Act 2011 Alignment
Personnel muster and plant inspection records support obligations under the Work Health & Safety Act 2011 — exportable to PDF or Excel for regulatory reporting.
AS/NZS Standards
Tag and reader hardware is selected to meet relevant Australian EMC and radio frequency standards (AS/NZS CISPR, RCM mark).
AU Data Residency
Cloud infrastructure is hosted in Australia. No cross-border data transfer issues for government, defence, or regulated clients.
Privacy Act Compliant
Personnel tracking is designed for operational use only — compliant with Privacy Act 1988 obligations for staff location data.
Local Support
Australian-based onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support — no offshore helpdesk, no time zone delays.
Fast Lead Times
Tag hardware sourced and customised locally. No import delays, no minimum order quantities that only suit large enterprises.
Our team
SitePulse is built by engineers, hardware designers, and construction industry veterans who've been on site and understand what actually works under pressure.
